Consultation & Feasibility

Meeting with our team before your project ensures your idea is executed successfully. A feasibility study consists of a multitude of parts, including analysing your overall idea, reviewing building permits, assessing the original structure and the like. With a clear direction, we can capture exactly what your home will need to get started.

Design Brief & Specifications

At Unique Custom Homes, we delve deep into your design specifications, to ensure your brief is met with the utmost care and consideration. We are here to answer any questions or queries you may have along the way. In collaboration with the architect, Unique Custom Homes will thoroughly go through your brief to be sure we get it perfect; right down to where you want to have your morning coffee.

Designs

Unique Custom Homes take the design process seriously and will take your design on board or provide you with one if desired. Including sketches and floorplans, connectivity, and three-dimensional perspectives, defining areas, room allocations and more, we work to ensure that your design can be actioned.

Working Drawings

Working drawings include architectural dimensions, adjusting sizes, construction methods and other specifications. These are given to the construction team to understand any specifications and then the design team finalises the drawings to be actioned.

Estimate

When your drawings are finalised, Unique Custom Homes will provide an estimate of the costings of your project. Your estimate will be in the range of the budget you have provided. We will keep in the loop throughout the process and any changes to budget will be discussed with you prior to actioning. A specific list will be completed at this time, suited to your budget.

Build

Once everything has been finalised with contracts, plans and design, the building process will begin. Once the construction has commenced, the design’s full intent is realised.
